Volvo Cars New Zealand has appointed BCG2 to handle its creative and digital business, transitioning from incumbents Republik, and kicking off with new work during the lockdown. Additionally, Volvo has appointed Wavemaker NZ to handle its Media business.
Coby Duggan, General Manager Volvo Cars New Zealand, was looking to balance increasingly stringent global requirements with the need to present the brand in a way that resonated in this market.
“BCG2’s significant track record in the luxury automotive category, combined with their global Grey connections, presents an opportunity for us to align with Volvo’s global agency network while ensuring we are able to retain a New Zealand ‘accent’ when it makes sense to do so. Volvo New Zealand is the distributor for all Volvo passenger vehicles within the New Zealand market with a retail network of eight independent dealerships nationwide.

BCG2 have won the account for Pasifika Education Centre.
BCG2 is now working with Property Brokers, a hugely successful real estate business, with over 80 offices and 850+ staff throughout provincial New Zealand.
BCG2 has recently bolstered its ranks in the client service department.
BCG2 have been appointed to work with the Neonatal Trust.
After a market review, BCG2 has won the account for CodeHQ. Established in 1993, and until this year known as Augen, CodeHQ is in the business of ‘building awesome software for its clients’.
BSH Home Appliances Ltd has appointed BCG2 to look after their Bosch, Neff, Gaggenau and UnserHaus brands.
